Mobile application Not intuitive or user friendly. ie. When number input needed, not clear whether spaces, no spaces, or dashes are required, other than by trial & error. Not even clear how to enter this comment. You have to work to get the enter button!

Bad iPhone port app Does not fill whole screen on Android. You're better off going to the mobile FTB website. It also seem incompatible with the new login process that FTB just implemented. Can't get activation code.

Below average app Its an ok app. You have to relogin every time you launch it, which is kind of lame. Also, you can't make deposits with the app and your camera phone.

Awful, even when it doesn't fail to load... Support lousy, call FTB- they said sorry, they don't do anything with the app but help with log in information. More involved than driving to bank.

Not an app at all This is a lame shortcut to the mobile site. I could have made a bookmark that does the same from the home screen. The mobile site this links to doesn't have the complete feature set of the full site. Poor.

Really? Really FTB, you think this is an app worth downloading? I have to spend 30 min in my browser just to get this POS wrapper working. If you are thinking about downloading this you should just use the full website on your phone so you don't have to; Download the app -> find out you need some kind of code from the regular website -> Open the Browser, log in with all of your info and security questions to get the code -> Go back to the app -> Put in the code to activate -> Finally! You're in! Oh wait, just kidding, you need to log in AGAIN to view your account info (Didn't i just prove it was me??). Not only that but you have to log in EVERY TIME YOU RESTART THE APP. I think I'll stick with Mint's app until this piece of crap gets a NATIVE android app, not some iOS wrapper that hardly works. In fact I would recommend using your browser and just accessing the main website, rather than downloading this app.Thanks for nothing FTB dev team.

Low quality There's a reason this app isn't heavily advertised. Scaled for low-end MDPI devices. Sensation 4G 2.3.7 shows the app too small. Could be very useful!

HTC EVO 3D The display is very small. Mobile banking with ftb needs a new user interface and more options. Use Bank of America's app as a reference to catch up.

It works fine. The app works fine if you do it right. Go to the website and get a mobile code before you start using the website. Must have online banking set up for this to work.
