Blah An app created for a customer's convenience blows when it causes more of a frustration. You would think a banking institution that holds your money then charges inflated fees would put more thought and have better quality controls in place before releasing this app. Please fix the issue because it is an embarrassment to islanders worldwide. Literally, worst app I have ever used Never works, constant communication errors, makes you do a full login, including accepting terms and conditions, and special questions, every time. HORRIBLE.

communication error it says communication error every time I enter in my codes. I have to enter each code/phrase about 4 or 5 times before the communication error stops popping up. It gets rather frustrating. at&t samsung inspire.

It does work Like the user before stated, use your keyboard enter button to move to the next step in the security steps. Works good on my phone, with occasional error display. Samsung Stratosphere

Terrible 9 out of 10 times cannot log in, get communication error 500 message. Come on FHB get your act together.

How to AVOID ERROR MSG When inputting info, following last key stroke, use the GO or RETURN button on keyboard. Don't use the SUBMIT button in the app. I found this to work every time. So far so good I know the app had problems. Today, it is working fine. Thank you FHB.

Avg Takes too long to log in. Either use pin or associate device to account.

Want to use this app with my phone!! I can't use this app on my phone sgs 2. I tired to use it but I says error. Please fix it.

Works on EVO 4G but barely.. Only worth it for the ATM locator. Otherwise, has a long way to go. Tons of force closes and low-res UI. Wish it would have a 4 pin login (like the PayPal app), making it truly optimized for mobile. As it is now, it's just as easy (and more reliable) to access account info from your phone's browser. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to FHB finally having it's own Android app. Hope developer reads this and improves the app.

Droid x2 Err500 on first attempt with secret question and also on password... But it works!

Works ok now. Still has problems. Always getting error messages when trying to log in or access account info, etc.

it may seem like a hassle to log in every time, but if you lose your phone, you really don't want someone having instant access to your accounts.

Nice Really Helps when you get past the communication error 500...both on a 1.5Mbps Wifi & 2.5G, Either the server timedout or an App issue? Pls check..

It works I don't need fancy things my bank has a hard time processing direct deposits at midnight as it is. So I don't expect much.

Just like mobile website-BAD You have to login every time u use it. Username, security question, password just like on web, PLUS, you have to confirm your mobile number
