Love it Best banking app I've used. The quick deposit feature is the best.No longer have to go to the ATM to deposit checks. Now if only I could take a picture of money and have it automatically appear in my account, that would be an app worth using!!!

January Update Killed App Before the January 6, 2012 update, this was a great application. Was able to take care of any of my daily banking needs. Since update, I have not been able to log into my account. Contacted Chase Mobile Banking and got the run around. Would not recommend this application until at least the next update comes out.

90% log in fail, opens faster now... App fails to allow login 90% of the time. "we are temporarily unable to connect" on multiple phones. App fails to deposit 95% of the time. Does not accept 90% of deposits on Sidekick 4G. When it DOES work, it works great. However "working" is few and far between for this app, especially as of late. Fails to login and does not say why, maybe their servers are limiting connections? Maybe their internet pipe for app is too small (since it happens on their site too might be server related)?

Won't connect to camera on LG Ally I downloaded this for the deposit check by photo function, but when I try to take a photo of a check it says there is an error connecting to the camera. Verizon LG Ally.

Doesn't always connect I love this app, when it actually works. It's a fifty fifty shot of connecting and it telling me it's temporarily unable to connect. :( nothing seems to fix this glitch for me. I even uninstall, reinstall and still nope. I've even gotten a new phone and it still does it!

Deposit function not working 2 stars for now. Used to be a wonderful app. Recently the remote deposit causes a force close when after taking a photo. This is a pain. Otherwise, great banking app.

WTF? I'm annoyed that Chase has updated the app. It was working just fine but what I'm most annoyed about is that the new app notifies you it will read my contact data and fine and course gps among a couple of other functions that are not as alarming. What do those two functions have to do with assessing Chase!!?? I googled this and warned to be cautious. I've gotten more and more leary of these downloads and being forced to accept these terms. You have to spend time really reasons there terms! NO THANKS!

Umm, I don't think so... I have loved the ease of use and helpfulness of this app-but there is NO reason chase needs access to my contact list. Just creepy that they put that in with no way to decline that aspect and continue to use the app as before. Do they assume no one reads what they are agreeing to? Any explanation chase? I will be uninstalling this app.

App. Does not work! I used this app frequently before the update, and now I have to uninstall. The app tries to load when log in, but it never does. I'm so disappointed with this app. I wonder if there's another app I can replace this one with?
