Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I used the old app for ALL my banking! NEVER had a problem once. Ever since I upgraded the app I cannot get into my accounts! Very frustrating!!! Glad I did not install the update on my tablet!

Its ok I like the layout but there is one thing Im not pleased about. When you pay bills or transfer money it doors not change your balance in the summary so you can see your new balance. Been 30 mins now and shows bills as paid but my balance does not show the money being deducted.

Great now! Thank you for the much needed update. You can now do everything in this app that you would have had to go to the website for. Except email money transfers. This new app is way better then the previous one that was basically a bookmark disguised as an app.

useless...still tells me to log into website and change my mobile preferences to use the app. Unable to make the changes as online says there is a system error and presently can't change any mobile preferences...still. Guess we'll have to wait several months for that fix now. Get with the times BMO.

Not great The app looks slapped together by some cheap cross-platform mobile-app tool: it doesn't even switch the Android soft keyboard to numeric mode when you're entering your bank card number, which is a single XML attribute value in an Android app. I'm glad they're supporting Android, but maybe a better choice would just be a mobile version of their web site that actually works, with all the features of the desktop version. That way, they'd just maintain one codebase for everyone.

Galaxy Nexus A much better attempt than the previous app. However, the app only shows my main account. Does not show credit cards or savings accounts.

Ugly, but works! Finally, a passable app for android. You can see all your accounts and credit cards, make transfers and payments, and keep track of your spending. But... The UI ugly as hell. If there are only 7 menu options, don't put them on a 3x3 grid! Make it a circle where you drag an icon from the center. Navigation between pages is amateurish. Take advantage of swipe gestures! Anything other than buttons on the top right hand corner to get back the menu. All in all, BMO has made a functional yet ugly app.

This is a huge improvement! I don't know what people are complaining about, I get my account balance, credit card balance, payment history, transactions, branch locator. I haven't checked out the transfers yet, but I will shortly. Great app.

It's an improvement, but... The Back button doesn't work as expected, and the app won't show the MasterCard linked to my BMO account. (EDIT: you need to set up "Mobile Preferences" on the website first to show your CC. This is not obvious at all.)

Worse than the mobile web page itself It's very confusing and not will tested. Back button signs out without warning, numeric inputs change the keyboard layout after every key press event. I'll stick to the web interface for now, is not the best but it's better than this.

Adding accounts to mobile If you have an account or BMO credit card you cannot see on your mobile app...log onto your online banking through the website..go to mobile app settings and set it up. Its not that hard.

Its getting there... The app has improved a bit. I didn't have much troubles with the old one I just didn't like the fact it was just a shortcut link to the mobile website. It is much better and easier to use. I'm able to see my checking, savings and credit card balance and transfer funds from accts. Which is great. But another main feature that I use is e-transfer and unfortunately it is still not available. This is why I gave the app a 3/5.

Yes it is an "app" vs the launcher version, but it still lags FAR behind the other big banks. No e-mail transfer functionality? Exceeds expectations. I was scared it was going to be a terrible iOS port but no, this is very well made compared to the previous app which was just a link to a mobile website. This works very well, and a few small things make it even better than using the desktop website.
