Calcola la convenienza della Cedolare Secca sugli Affitti rispetto alla normale tassazione IRPEF.

L'applicazione permette di effettuare in modo rapido e semplice il raffronto tra la tassazione con le modalita` ordinarie e la tassazione in base all’applicazione della cedolare secca al fine di poter optare per il regime piu` conveniente.

In alternativa facoltativa rispetto al regime ordinario vigente per la tassazione del reddito fondiario ai fini dell`imposta sul reddito delle persone fisiche, il proprietario o il titolare di diritto reale di godimento di unita` immobiliari abitative locate ad uso abitativo puo` optare – con decorrenza dal 7 aprile 2011 - per il regime della cedolare secca sugli affitti. Sono percio` esclusivamente interessate le unita` abitative accatastate nelle categorie da A1 a A11, esclusa l’A10 (uffici o studi privati) e le relative pertinenze (solo se locate congiuntamente all’abitazione).

Il programma è aggiornato alle ultime disposizioni del 7 aprile 2011 ed applica le aliquote del 19% e 21% rispettivamente per i contratti di affitto a canone concordato e a canone libero.

Il calcolo tiene conto, oltre ai redditi di locazione a canone concordato e libero, anche dei redditi complessivi, degli oneri deducibili, delle detrazioni e altri crediti di imposta, nonchè delle addizionali IRPEF regionali e comunali, dell'imposta di registro e di bollo.

Per l'utilizzo non è richiesta alcuna connessione ad internet.

A small app that calculates the final amount of an investment, with or without compound interest.

How much money do I have in the end if I invest 3000$ with an interest of 3%? The Interest Calculator saves you the search for formulas or the annoying mental arithmetics and gives you an idea what to expect at the end. Simply enter the principal amount in the first box, enter the number of time periods (usually years), the money is invested or borrowed in the second field, then the interest rate as a percentage in the third field and you will get the final amount.

I can not guarantee that the computing of the interest runs without errors and produces correct results. This app is intended to generate an estimate how much to expect before money is invested. I take no guarantee that these amounts are in fact reached at the end of the investment. If you are planing to invest large amounts please plan everything carefully with your financial advisor and not solely trust  on this a small Android App.
