This application is designed to provide feedback on the profit potential of a proposed lease option real estate deal. The app will allow you to collect all the pertinent data while evaluating the real estate transaction and based on that information, shows you the amount of profit you may realize from the transaction. An integral part of the transaction is the mortgage balance, interest rate, and term, and to this end, a full mortgage calculator is included in the app.

Metodo 1
Nel primo metodo,consigliato per chi vuole verificare il Taeg di un proprio finanziamento conosce l'importo delle rate ma non gli interessi complessivi.

Metodo 2
Nel secondo metodo invece si specificano gli interessi del finanziamento e non la rata, consigliato per chi vuole istituire un finanziamento e verificarfe il TAEG.

Simple mortgage calculator with optional cost per square foot and property tax calculations.  Calculate total interest and total payments over the life of the mortgage loan.  Figure out Principal paid off during life of the loan with amortization graph and figure out whether you qualify for a loan.  Now including menu tabs for amortization and debt to income ratio.  Best of all, it's free!

The purpose of this app is to provide a person details and statistics regarding their line of work. A key feature to the first release of the app is the detailed time clock. In addition to showing all hours worked, the app shows how much money has been earned so far during the shift. The display is updated every second, so one can literally watch the money you earn increase.
    
Are you tired of staring at the clock waiting for the shift to end? Now you can stare at your money growing nonstop throughout the work day. This app provides great incentive to get and stay on the clock.

    Employers get your workers on this addictive app and watch their productivity soar.
    
In addition to the time clock a tools section is available. Here custom tools related to your profession will be continuously added upon request. As an example, waiters requested an easy check split tool to eliminate having to do math in their head which could cost them if they mess up.
