[2012-06-20] the 7/29/2012   Worthless. This app doesn't allow you to read full articles in-app. This completely defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place, which is supposedly to create a user-friendly interface in lieu of the full site which is clumsy on a smartphone. Having to navigate out of the app every time I want to read an article is a waste of time, especially when I have to go back into the app to keep scrolling through articles. Could also stand to look more professional. I'm paying $329 for a subscription, Variety. The least you could do is supply me with a decent app. It's pretty pathetic that the Deadline feed in Google Currents outshines your app. Uninstalled. |

[2012-05-26] Carson: Pointless You can't even read the the full articles. Instead it just gives you a link to read it on your browser. What's the point of even using the app when I could just use chrome or the standard browser? Also, the interface is very blurry and looks horrible on my Transformer Prime. |
