Needs updating This app was great originally but the database of available (Freeview) programmes is MONTHS out of date. There are programmes NOT listed (e.g Movie Mix channel), and programmes still listed that no longer transmit! I have reported this MULTIPLE times over the last 6 MONTHS (using the apps own feedback facility AND the TVGuide's community) , but either nobody reads these or they don't care, I'm not sure which? What was a great app (5 stars) has become a 2 star app.

Useful app, but crashes too often Downgraded original rating due to numerous force-close issues and occasional complete phone crashes. Not convinced this app is still being maintained as some channel logos are still wrong ("Sky3" for Pick, "uktv gardens" for Really) and those for new channels are missing (Drama, Movie Mix). Despite selecting Freeview, Select Channels still lists every possible channel. Choosing additional channels puts them at the bottom of the list. Other suggestions: add search; disable ratings display; make programme details collapsible so more programmes can be shown on each channel's screen.

Keeps stopping Good app with easy UI but I keep on getting error message "tv guide had stopped", very fustrating.

Crashing issues Tv24 is a better alternative due to crashing issues that have plagued this app for ages. The data offered is good however and the interface is pretty sick. Integration features are interesting if you can make use of them. Needs work but no updates for some time so might be time to jump ship.

Good, but has a could be better Only works in portrait mode, which is annoying when using my tab. Also, it says Dave is on Freeview channel 19, on all the tvs in my house its on channel 12. Annoying if you are jumping to a channel in a hurry, and it is the wrong channel.

Nice, works fine. This works fine on my Galaxy S2. Set it up and there are your channels. Except they occasionally aren't. I use Juice Defender, which is lovely and saves the battery life beautifully, but it takes a few seconds to restart the wifi and reconnect, so if you run this TVguide app while it's still doing that, you get a few bits missing and they stay missing. If only it had a "refresh/reload" button. Still 5 stars, I just have to remember.......

Not a patch on the iPhone app No landscape rotated view. No search facility. Channels appear in a random order, not in category order (i.e. sport/music/documentary) or even alphabetically just random. Sky sports 1 a third of the way down and sky sport 3 near the bottom! WTF! To top that, there is not an option to arrange the channels manually as you can on the iPhone app. Sorry but I'm not impressed.

Upgrade to iPhone standard I am not giving this app a two star for its performance, but giving it for the upgrade because the iphone has been revamped beautifully and I would expect the same for andriod, so please update for andriod to let me give you five stars.

Totally ridiculous!!! This use to be the best App now its totally the worst of all. It shows all the programme times & channel numbers incorrectly. A perfect April fools app!!! I simply cannot understand why such an issue is being totally ignored for months. Looking at previous issues, I've also noticed the developer takes such a long time to fix them. They hardly release any updates. And another down side is that its display is not HD on Android which iOS seems to have.

Unstable Brand new S3, hardly any apps on-board and though this is great for info it's frustrating in that it stops responding. Upon opening the app for the first time it normally doesn't boot, requiring a second go. Have tried several times to set an alert. However alert never works as app has 'stopped responding' by the time the alert is due. Disappointing.**Update v1.2.1** As of latest version all listings blank so it's useless. Same old crashing on start and failure to alert bugs STILL present.

Basic features There is no searching available for TV programmes. Landscape mode is not supported, which is poor for tablets. The feature list is basic, allowing for region, broadcaster, and adding or removing channels. Thankfully, selecting a broadcaster does ensure all the appropriate channels are selected at the start.

Good. When it works. Good overview for all channels, a sort of "Now and Next". Great detail when you go in to individual channels. Nice feature to be able to customise the overview page for different TV services (Sky, Free view etc). BUT the amount of times the app won't open and gives an error message is incredibly poor. That this has been an issue for over 2 years now is almost unforgivable. And I am running the update that claims to have fixed this. Obviously it hasn't.
