Street Apt is an app for Graffiti Artists, Taggers, Street Artists and fans to complete their own street scenes using a selection of colours and caps.
Customise one of the available scenes or use your camera to draw on anything you like.
Requires Adobe Air (Available from the Android Market) & Android Version 2.2

[2010-12-03] adz: It's ok for free, but lines are very jagged. if you like this try TouchTag, much smoother, has 9 tools & can share with other graffiti apps using GML |
