someoneradar displays an arrow pointing to someone using someoneradar.  It displays the nearest other user so it might be possible to walk to meet them.  You can set a brief message for someone who finds you.  This application sends users' device id's and their location, but the information is deleted within 20 minutes. Meanwhile, the device id's are kept secretly.
