Shaw Video On Demand (VOD) is your ticket to a night filled with entertainment. We have more than a thousand titles online waiting for you to discover —new-release movies, big-screen blockbusters, classics, hit TV series and more. Many of the titles are available in high-definition.
With your Android smartphone or Android tablet, you can search through new releases, coming soon, comedies, dramas, thrillers, classics, TV series and more. Read a short description of your selection, hit order and turn on your TV to enjoy the show.
Use your @shaw.ca email address or Online Customer Care account to manage your Wishlist and order movies and TV show episodes.
Once you place an order, go to the Video On Demand menu on your Shaw Digital Box’s On-screen Interactive Program Guide and select your purchase under My Orders.
Use your Shaw Remote to pause, rewind or fast-forward any time you want.
You can watch your order as often as you like until the viewing window expires.
You’ll also see what’s available through our subscription services. For a low monthly fee, you get unlimited access to featured selections, including movies, TV episodes and sports events.

[2011-02-19] Jim: Not sure what the point of this app is Anything this app does is of no use unless I'm already at home, in front of the TV, and with the remote in my hand. It's well put together & provides access to all my subscription features... but so does my TV remote. I can't stream the movies to my phone or allow a showing on another cable box...This has the smell of a manager somewhere saying, "Everyone has an app. We need an app." So, OK, you have your Android Marketplace exposure, your app is out. But it doesn't *do* anything. |
