you can read the enemy's power level like DRAGON BALL.

1. Have a android phone in horizontal.
2. Push the red button to search.
3. Scouter displays the power when you can measure it well.
4. Then ,you can save the picture by touching "SAVE" .

* If enemy cover the face like sunglasses, cannot measure it well.
* Not Droid ready.
* Samsung Galaxy s is tested.

Really fun if you're a DBZ fan.. would be better if it had the exact scouter fx & lettering. Should generate # from face data & not randomly.

It's entertaining and especially for fans. I GOT 15,770,000. its worth getting the full version so u can adjust the max power levels it reads

It's over 9000!!! Scouter read 9001 my first try. Bravo. Would give it five if it used the camera button instead.

It doesn't let the HTC inspire save the photo. When fixed it would be worth the purchase for that is the only true purpose of it. To save the pictures
