UNI -모이다, 하나가 된다 라는 뜻 과 HI-Fi,LOW-Fi, Wi-Fi 의 통신, 음향 용어를 착안하여 FI 를 만들어 내어 2008 년 UNI-FI 가 결성 되었다.

유니파이 밴드 는 다양한 뮤지션 들과 교류를 통하여 기존에 존재하는 컨텐츠 통합으로 보다 광범위하고 새로운 아이디어를 창조 하고 있다.
2010년 3장 의 유니파이 싱글 앨범을 발매 하였고 새로운 정규 앨범을 발매 준비중이다.
보다 다양한 음악과 공연 문화를 창조 하기 위하여 유니파이가 창단 되어졌고 뮤지션과 아티스트 의 교류가 대중들에게 새로운 형식의 공연을 제공하는 것이 유니파이의 비젼 이다.
