Welcome to the wonderful world of music.Musical Instruments is an education and fun application designed keeping both kids and adults in mind. You will see pictures of most popular musical instruments and on touching the picture will get the authentic sound of that musical instrument. This covers both western and eastern musical instruments.

[2013-01-26] A Google User: Disappointing - could be better but is 'OK' for the early beginnings of the app. Images and sounds OK but app is VERY limited. Expansion to all orchestral instruments would VASTLY improve app. (Needs: Bassoon & oboe (& piccolo, bass clarinet, cor anglais & contra bassoon) for woodwind. French horn for brass. Viola, cello & double bass for strings (plus an orchestral harp, instead of small lap harp). Also a wide range of percussion. (BTW, presume you mean 'Tambourine', not 'tamburin'!?!)) I DO like the inclusion of non-western/non-classical musical instruments though. Include more instruments and you will get more stars! (Being able to select an instrument to hear would also be useful, or at least it's family to avoid having to scroll through EVERYTHING!) |
