Poorly written.... Poorly done, transactions never go through and no details... just " unable to process order...try again". Tried 10 Times!...rebooted and everything. Also it makes u log in even when you already signed into your account. Dumb. So frustrating! Any other movie tickets app is better done than this. Fix it and I will remove this rating. Update: I finally cleared the apps cache and data then bought tickets without signing into my account. (HTC DNA)

Poor performance. Shows only current day listing. When I selected tomorrows date the app crashed. I tried 4 times and it kept crashing. Needs update.

S'ware QA Engineer: "Needs More Testing" 1. When I tried to enter # of tix to purchase using the screen keyboard instead of the +/- icons, the app ignored the keyboard input, and reset to 0. 2. When I finally got to the point of submitting an order for 2 tix to an afternoon showing of a 3D IMAX movie with assigned seating, I got an error message: best available seating wasn't supported. This software QA engineer is not impressed. Phone: Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Verizon) running Jellybean, in case anyone is actually paying attention.

Fail!!! App charged my card and gave no option to reserve seats, though this theatre offers that thru movietickets.com. At $18.50 per ticket would not have made purchase had I known where the "best available" seats were.
