MakerQuest is actually two apps in one - it's both a handy scheduler and a challenging game!
Use MakerQuest to scope out all there is to see and do at this years' Maker Faire Detroit. Then check the events and exhibits that you want to be sure to visit and MakerQuest will build you a personalized agenda.
You can also use MakerQuest to take part in a challenging competition. There are 9 events and/or exhibits at Maker Faire Detroit that are identified by a special QR code poster. Find these QR codes, scan 'em with your smartphone - and pieces of an image will appear on your screen. Find all 9 QR codes, complete the image and you're automatically entered in a drawing to win a cool prize from Compuware!

[2011-07-29] Tim: Fun App for Maker Faire Detroit Can't wait to use this app at the Maker Faire. Very cool looking design and has a cool concept for the MakerQuest QR code scanning game. Will also definitely make use of the schedule and event map features while at the Faire. I have already planned my day using the schedule builder. |
