Japan's Terraced Fields (v. 1) Разработано NEC BIGLOBE Ltd. |
In order to plant rice, the earth must be dug up thoroughly. When the field turns entirely brown it's then covered with water. Soon, the rice plants gradually all turn green. Before long, the ripe, yellow plants will be cut and snow will cover the fields. We bring you a photo album of carefully selected, assorted pictures of countless rice paddies of all shapes and sizes, together with sceneries of terraced fields through the seasons. All photographs chosen from the Top 100 Japanese terraced fields. 50 pictures total available.
