A wonderful, atmospheric horror film. A beautiful lady finds herself completely terrified inside her hubby's crumbling castle. There's a monster afoot! It seems the ghost of a medieval torture maniac, "The Punisher," is on the loose and killing off people in a variety of grisly ways. The "rat-eating-the-girls-face" scene is a real eye-opening shocker. Turn your head when the Punisher is unmasked; this is one of the scarier makeup jobs we've seen in a while.
