Samething happened to me did upgrade pics went black. Uninstall and reinstall use imei # to scan find worked for me. Dev needs to fix this is crap.

Simply reinstall it go to the scan option and use the imei # to recover ur pictures and videos i got everything back...

Lost pics, but got em back. Uninstall and reinstall app, scan and find using meid#. On Droid go to settings, status, MEID. Use the meridian to scan.

EVERYONE IT IS WORKING AGAIN!!! Use "scan & find" and use the imei number from your phone. My pics disappeared too. But back now.

Okay everyone. Uninstall. Then re-install. Dial *#06# and ur IMEI number comes up. Use that in scan&find, and ur pics come back.. it worked for me.

Awesome, doesn't just rename the file extension which leaves it playable through a file manager, it encrypts the content to truly hide it. Good work.
