I like that it skips letters when u shake it. You can swipe the screen if u don't want to skip. However, I can't get volume to go up. Way too quiet

even if u shake it a little, it goes past like 3 letters.. kinda defeats the prupose, my kids get so mad that it doesnt work right.

When going to the next letter it goes in reverse than skipd ahead 3 letters. Horrible
