CreepyPasta Anyone complaining about the length or lack of straight scare is not too familiar with the CreepyPasta concept, obviously. Forget the app named for them (which is a piece of crap), this is what you need. A variety of short, to the point, disturbing stories straight of CreepyPasta/4chan X boards, awesome.

pathetic Stories aren't scary and those that are interesting are most likely made up because they all end "no one knows what will happen if you do this or that" which makes the story seem made up

Love it ! The "Instructions to Evil" section is actually really scary. I definitely want to see if that homeless man in Manhattan is actually going to be there. Haha. The stories are great but really short and you'll be done within a day or two. Too short ! But an otherwise great app, so 5/5.
