*DVR functionality is available in all Cox markets with the exception of Arizona & Northern Virginia, which are in beta testing. Users in Arizona & Northern Virginia may see channel lineup discrepancies during the current beta testing phase. Full support for all Cox markets is expected by the end of the year.
*The ability to set recordings with Cox Trio/Whole Home is not currently supported. Support for Trio/Whole Home is expected by the end of the year.

[2011-07-17] Scott: So Sad I am thoroughly disappointed with this app. The server isn't EVER available, despite Cox's statement to the contrary. I see that this was mentioned as far back as May, and yet in mid-July, the problem still exists. I'm told by Cox tech support to set my dvr thru their mobile site, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of the app? Cox, get on the ball. You put the app out there...fix it! Doesn't the app use the same server as the app? The DVR set function works on the mobile site. Wish I could give 0 stars. |
