Fixes Account Locks Although not currently playing a Blizzard game my account was always getting locked due to hack attempts so I finally installed the Authenticator and since then I haven't had an issue. If you wish to use it on multiple devices (say a tablet and phone) you can use the serial number and restore code (you did write them down?) on the second device by using the restore option in the settings menu, enter the codes and you should have the same authentication code on both devices. You are good to go.

Won't re sync so now I'm attempting to take it off my acct but everytime I submit a ticket they deny it because my name is different on the acct and on my ID. Seriously blizzard why do you have to make things so complicated?!

Love it Great app for account security. I use the widget on my "games screen" on my tablet. The only thing I would like to see is an animation added to the widget after you tap on it, so you know the tap was registered and it's working. As it is, it just sits there until the number pops up. Also, like someone else said, separate the number with a dash in the middle for easier reading :-)

the worst! i was about to purchase diablo 3 but got locked out, put me thru the hassle of changing password which i did and can't access still due to this stupid app! why would I need to memorize or keep those restoral codes? can't you be more simple like google's 2 step verification? i'd rather stick to Steam for my game purchases since i'm locked out and won't bother to login ever again! very unsatisfactory.. uninstalled app and diablo 3 on pc

Please add an option button App is great, but since I changed phones, I've no way to restore it because my new phone doesn't have a built-in option button for me to input my restoration code. All I can press are the sync button (with a different serial code) and copy to clipboard. Would highly appreciate the addition of a restore option on the screen itself. :)

Works perfectly. The only drawback is that it's limited to one account, so if you have multiple accounts, you need multiple Android devices. For that, I deduct one star. If you only have one account, it's a 5-star app. NOTE: To avoid having to call Blizzard in case you reset your Android device, ***be sure you write down your SERIAL NUMBER and RESTORE CODE.*** (Keep them someplace like LastPass, Evernote, or other cloud-based location, so you can get access to them.)

A Free App For Added Security Can't Go Wrong! I read the bad reviews and I am baffled as I have never had an issue that couldn't be fixed. The complaints state you lose your account and can't log into the game if you lose your phone or switch phones. That is not true all it takes is a simple call to Blizzard (like I did) or don't be a goofball (like I was) and forget to write the restore code and serial number down. If you have those two items from the last phone you can restore your authenticator without having to call. This app has never let me down

Good and bad I reset my phone and it didnt work afterwards. For those of you who say it will be impossible to play bnet again, you're wrong. All you have to do is call customer support and provide them with your account information and tell them to remove the authenticator from your account and wallah! You have your account back!:)

Good app... But I have to take it off of my android frequently because of all the dumb Google apps that take up all of my phone's space. Then when I decide to redownload, if I don't have my flash drive with the file that contains the long codes to restore my authenticator, I'm screwed. It's very irritating and there's no way to get the authenticator off of your account unless you create a ticket... and the one time I did, they denied it. Ugh.

Diablo games please Android devices are capable of playing the diablo games, please release them on android. The Diablo series is amazing, I've spent 3175hrs playing diablo 3 and even more over the years on diablo 2 and 1. Diablo has a massive fan base and people would be happy to pay good money to have diablo on their android device. Especially me as my laptop accidentally got bleached and I'm now saving up to buy another Alienware but don't have a spare $8000 at the moment for a new laptop.
