TESTING INSTR:
Wallpaper application requires active internet connection to view linked twitter, facebook pages and for the link to the full version.

This application generates the desired wallpaper size dynamically.
It uses the WallpaperManager class to determine the wallpaper dimensions.  
Since the dimensions are static cropping will occur upon screen rotation in either portrait or landscape this is a result of the way the WallpaperManager class works.
