UW-Eau Claire Mobile puts the campus information you need most right at your fingertips. This is the official app of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Use UW-Eau Claire Mobile to:
• Check your grades and browse our course catalog.
• Get immediate access to important campus emergency and safety contacts.
• Look up students, faculty and staff, and call or email them directly from within the app.
• View (in real time) which computers (Macs and PCs) are open in our various labs AND which computers in which locations have the software you need currently available.
• Search our entire McIntyre Library collection — from articles to books to media — and find out where the materials are located and whether they are available for checkout. Have a question for a librarian? Ask away — and receive your reply — right from your smartphone or tablet!
• Find your way around campus with our maps and directions to university buildings and parking lots.
• Plan where to meet friends for lunch or dinner with access to Blugold Dining’s menus and specials.

[2011-09-26] godinaa: Handy tool When I was reading the description for this app, I got excited when it said "check your grades online." As it turns out, it only opens up CampS in your browser, which does not have a mobile view. That was a let down. The features for contacts, people, and maps work well and are useful. The labs site is handy too, but on my HTC Inspire, the back button navigation to get back to the app from the labs site was broken, most likely due to jQTouch taking too much control over that functionality. |
