This app will download a manual to your phone's files in PDF format. To be able to view the app, you will need to have installed Adobe Reader from market.  If you don't already have this, it is available for free on Android market by searching "PDF" or "ADOBE READER".

This resource book will help you work with your child and with your child's teachers and guidance counselors, to ensure that he or she has the option of going to college. It will help your child to prepare academically for the rigors of college, and it will help you to plan financially for the costs of a college education. A good academic record on your child's part and sound financial planning on your part will help ensure a menu of opportunities when the time comes to decide about college. Although this book was written primarily as a long-term planning guide for parents, guidance counselors and teachers will also find it useful and informative.
