Do you need to take the Series 63 exam?  Do you have limited time to study?  If you answered “yes” to both of these questions, then you’ve come to the right place!
Officially known as the “Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination,” the Series 63 exam is often a requirement to become a securities agent.  The examination, developed by NASAA, tests candidates knowledge of state securities regulation.  The Series 63 exam is administered by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
The Solomon Exam Prep Series 63 Lite Android app offers 20 practice questions from the same topic categories and in the same proportions as the actual Series 63 exam:
30% Registration of Persons
25% Securities
35% Business Practices
10% Administrative provisions and other remedies

The Solomon Exam Prep Series 63 Android Lite app is 20 questions long.  Each question is followed by an immediate answer and explanation.  Users may pause at any time and resume at the same point later on.  At the end of the quiz, users receive a score and a pass/fail grade.

The flashcards are saved into lists that can either be created directly on the device or at the computer.

There are two different modes to study: either the free mode or the box mode. In the free mode, the flashcards are shown one after the other and can be turned by a finger slide. In the box mode, the flashcards are spread over five boxes. A new flashcard is put automatically in the first box. If you know the answer, the flashcard will be put in the next box or it will be thrown away, if it was in the last box. If you do not know the answer, the flashcard will be put in the first box, no matter where it was before.

It is possible to import a list of flashcards from a spreadsheet in Google Documents. In this spreadsheet, the first column (A) must contain the questions and the second column (B) the answers. The first row (1) contains the descriptions of the columns and is not used for the list.

Officially known as the "Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination," the Series 65 exam qualifies candidates to become Investment Advisor Representatives.  The examination tests candidates’ knowledge of topics necessary for providing investment advice to clients.  The Series 65 exam was developed by the NASAA and is administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
The Solomon Exam Prep Series 65 LITE Android app offers 20 practice questions from the same topic categories and in the same proportion as the actual Series 65 exam.


Each question is followed by an immediate answer and explanation, as well as an opportunity to review the question.  At the end of the 20 question practice test, users receive a score and a pass/fail grade.

Officially known as the "Qualification Examination for General Securities Registered Representatives," the Series 7 exam qualifies a candidate to sell all types of securities.  The examination tests candidates’ knowledge of the critical functions of the General Securities Registered Representative.  The Series 7 exam was developed and is administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

The Solomon Exam Prep Series 7 LITE Android app offers 20 practice questions from the same topic categories (the seven critical functions of a registered representative) and in the same proportion as the actual Series 7 exam.

Each question is followed by an immediate answer and explanation, as well as an opportunity to review the question.  At the end of the 20 question practice test, users receive a score and a pass/fail grade.
