MDH Schedule application is beeing developed for students at Mälardalens Högskola in Sweden.

The application is not beeing developed officially by MDH, this is a student project.

The applications main features are:

Kevin Stevens, DBA, CPA, is the director of the School of Accountancy and Management Information Systems at DePaul University, and has taught for many years in DePaul's CPA review program and at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. He holds a doctoral degree in business administration (accountancy) from the University of Kentucky, a master's in taxation from DePaul, a master's in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Loyola University, Chicago.

Lec-to-Mobile allows one to play repackaged video lectures on a miniature display using the key-hole imaging technique such that the legibility of the text is retained.
It brings the lecture (classroom) to a mobile handset. The lecture video must first be converted to a suitable form that includes key-frame images, audio data and an XML file that contains the pen-positions for key-hole imaging purposes. The animation is carried out on your handset itself. To use this app, you need the media to enjoy the classroom experience. Some sample media is available at the Lec-to-mobile webpage http://www.ee.iitb.ac.in/~lec-to-mobile  Media can be provided either in a zip file or in a folder with necessary component files. We expect educational media provider will produce the necessary media for users to benefit from this application. The key concept here is to drastically compress the lecture video (say, an MPEG file) by an order of magnitude (at least by a factor of 15 and depends upon the audio codec used) so that the corresponding media can be delivered over a low bandwidth network without affecting the pedagogy.
