◆ 이용 안내
① 메인 페이지 > 동영상 보기 우측의 동화 제목을 터치하면 좌측의 동화 이미지가 변경됩니다. (좌측 이미지를 드래그해도 변경됩니다.)

변경 후 아래 전체보기 또는 각 Chapter 별 메뉴 버튼을 터치하면 해당 동영상이 보기 팝업이 출력됩니다.

동영상 컨텐츠 플레이 하기 전 파일이 존재하지 않을 경우 다운로드를 해야 합니다. 파일의 용량이 크기 때문에 다운로드는 Wi-Fi 네트워크 망에서만 지원되며, 시간이 다소 소요될 수 있습니다.

다운로드가 완료되면 동영상 보기 팝업에서 플레이 버튼을 터치하면 STORY TREE 의 동영상이 바로 보여집니다.

다운로드가 정상적으로 이루어지지 않은 경우에는 동영상 보기 팝업에서 다시 다운로드 할 수 있습니다.

★★동영상 다운로드 시 별도의 추가 비용이 들지 않습니다.

Q : 다운로드 도중에 끊깁니다.
A : 다운로드 받는 동영상의 용량이 조금 큰 관계로 안정된 Wi-Fi 네트워크 내에서 다운로드 받으셔야 성공적으로 동영상 파일을 다운로드 하실 수 있습니다.

Q : 다운로드 도중에 정지된 상태가 계속 유지되거나 다운로드 실패창이 출력됩니다.
A : 이 경우에는 SD카드 용량이 부족하여 다운로드 도중에 멈춰 버리는 경우가 발생합니다. SD카드 용량을 확보하신 후 재다운로드 해주세요.

Q : 재생할 수 없는 동영상이라고 출력됩니다.
A : 동영상 파일이 깨진 상태로 저장되었기 때문입니다. SD카드 내 storytree 폴더 내의 파일을 삭제하신 후 재다운로드하셔서 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
