Peace TV is an Islamic satellite television network broadcasting globally 24/7 from Dubai, UAE. Peace TV programs are all in the English language and telecasted free-to-air. The founder and president of Peace TV and Peace TV Urdu is Dr. Zakir Naik, who is an islamic preacher from Mumbai, India.
Since January 21, 2006, Peace TV channel has been telecasted to more than 150 countries around the world, including in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and North America. In 2009, it's sister channel (Peace TV Urdu) was launched, which is dedicated especially to the Urdu-speaking viewers around the world.
Peace TV network covers live events, lecturing programs for adults and youths, as well as children learning shows. Its president, Dr. Zakir Naik, often calls it an "edutainment channel".
