The JBJS (Br) app has the following key features:
Browse Abstracts: users are able store abstracts from up to 20 issues on their device. These can then be browsed offline.
“Watch Words”: users can specify “Watch Words”, words or phrases they want to track in JBJS (Br) abstracts. Any abstracts containing one of these “Watch Words” will be flagged in a special section of the app.
Filter: users are able to filter JBJS (Br) abstracts by orthopaedic specialty, choosing only to receive those relevant to their discipline.
Search: users can also search JBJS (Br) content using the app, and click on a link to take them directly to the article on the website (www.jbjs.org.uk) through their device browser.
