Also available is the opportunity to search the Western faculty, staff, and student directory as well as the ability to find buildings on campus using the Campus Maps feature.

[2012-11-01] Fraser: Insipid Western has a web-based mobile app, and this app is fractionally better than that. The only thing that works better in this app is the Western Directory search, which uses native Android widgets. The rest is either poorly-implemented or just a captive web browser linking to a mobile bit of the Western web. Keeping it installed only because I can't be bothered finding and bookmarking the web app version URL, and if I'm ever short of memory, out it goes. My apologies to whichever student wrote this for too little money in too little time. I'm sure you can do better given the chance. |
