He received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921. His theories of special and general relativity are of huge importance to many branches of physics and astronomy. They have been verified by many experiments and observations.

Einstein is famous for his theories about light, matter, gravity, space, and time. His most famous equation is E = mc2. It means that energy and mass are different forms of the same thing.

Einstein published more than 300 scientific papers and over 150 non-scientific works. He received honorary doctorate degrees in science, medicine and philosophy from many European and American universities.

== About ==

ESmol is a molecular viewer for Android.

You can view three dimensional structures of proteins, nucleic acids and small molecules. ESmol supports most of common representations for molecules, such as ribbon, trace, stick, sphere and line. ESmol also supports symmetry operations; biological assemblies and crystal packing can be displayed. You can search and download structures from RCSB PDB and NCBI Pubchem.

ESmol has almost same functionality as GLmol, which is written in
WebGL/Javascript and runs on Web browsers. You can try GLmol at http://webglmol.sourceforge.jp/index-en.html

== How to Use ==

When launched, ESmol automatically loads deoxyhaemoglobin (PDBID: 4HHB) as an example. You can rotate the molecule by your finger.

To zoom or translate the molecule, press MENU button in your phone/tablet and select the mode. Two-finger gestures are also supported.

To load other PDB files, please put the file in "PDB" directory of the SD card and select "Open" command in the MENU. You can also download structures directly from RCSB PDB and NCBI PubChem web server. Select "Search and Download" in the menu.

The app is written for children at elementary school age. It is free of advertising and ask for result of math challenges (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). After 10 times well done the score increases. Who did more mistakes have to answer more right to get an increasing score. You can adjust which basic arithmetic operation you want to be asked and which number area is requested. Furthermore you can adjust a time in that the question have to be answered.
