Prime Factor Finder (v. 2.12)

A fast, flexible and powerful prime factorization app!  Integers of up to 14 digits will be factorized very quickly (try 81000198000121 for example, or a strong pseudoprime such as 10000130243671).  Integers of up to 20 digits are factorized within a few seconds in most cases.

The app uses Pollard's Rho algorithm to find factors of large integers, in combination with trial division optimized for speed when possible by interpreting sub-factors as long integers.

A menu button allows factorization calculations to be extended for faster devices.  Pollard's Rho calculations are iterated more times when the depth in increased, which results in factorizing 'harder' numbers, but takes longer.  The depth can also be reduced.

The app will accept arbitrarily large integers, and will find the prime factors of powers of 10 or other numbers with small factors very quickly.

Integers with prime factors of seven or more digits will take longer to factorize, depending on the device the app is running on.

Progress is shown by listing factors as they are found.  If a sub-factor which is known to be non-prime is taking a long time to factorize, the display will show "working ...".  Calculation can be cancelled by pressing the back button on the device.  However, if the app cannot find all the factors, it will terminate and list any factors it has found, rather than hanging or freezing.

Built in 1921, the former Taipei City Hall building was originally the home of Jan Cheng Elementary School . Opened in the period of Japanese rule, the school had a student body that was predominantly Japanese with only a handful of Taiwanese students. In the post-war era, it was used to house the city government and became an important landmark for local citizens.

The two-story brick building is a model of architectural symmetry. Above the central hall is the spacious old assembly with its high ceiling. A bell tower rises from the center of the roof highlighting its distinctive architectural style. As Taipei developed, the city government moved to a new location in Xinyi District, designating the frontispiece of the building as an historic landmark. After refurbishment, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei (MOCA Taipei) opened i n May 2001.

Combining historical architecture and contemporary art, MOCA Taipei has provided a prime reference point for local citizens exchanging experiences. In addition, the Museum's collaboration with Jan Cheng Junior High School has also strengthened its educational role.

The old Taipei Government City Hall building is now designated an historic site and has been refurbished for the Museum of Contemporary Ar t - as the first museum in Taiwan to be dedicated exclusively to Contemporary Art.

"60 spørsmål og svar om Islam" ble første gangen utgitt i 2005 av Islamic Cultural Centre Norway (ICC) som et hefte. Dette heftet kan fås gratis hos ICC.

ICC håper med dette å bidra til økt kunnskap blant unge muslimer og ikke-muslimer som ønsker en rask innføring i grunnleggende spørsmål om islam. islam. Denne appen kan også være til hjelp for de som skriver skoleoppgaver om islam. Og ikke minst journalister som ofte trenger fakta fra autentiske kilder.
