우리 해병대는 창군 이래 한국전쟁과 월남전을 통하여 "귀신 잡는 해병", "무적해병", "신화를 남긴 해병" 등의 애칭을 받으며, 그 우수성이 국내외에 널리 인정받고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 우리 국민들로부터 커다란 믿음과 사랑을 받는 군으로 성장해 왔으며, 현재에도 한반도 안보를 위한 전략기동예비로서 한·미 연합해병의 주력으로서의 중요한 역할을 더욱 발전시켜야 할 뿐만 아니라, 장차 미래 안보환경의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 정예군으로서, 또한 통일 이후에도 조국 방위를 위해 가장 경제적이고 유용한 군대로 육성 발전시키는 문제는 해병대의 가장 절실하고 중요한 과제라고 믿고 있습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 우리 해병대는 과거 그 위상을 유지하는데 어려움과 쓰라린 경험도 하였고, 현재에도 병력감축 문제가 논의되는 과정에서 예상되는 어려움에 대비함은 물론, 장차 통일되는 과정에서도 군비통제 문제와 관련하여 국가안보에 확실히 기여할 수 있는 해병대의 발전전략을 연구해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있어, 이를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 전문적인 민간 연구기관이 절실히 요구되고 있는 현실입니다. 우리의 형제 해병으로서 전·평시 우리와 어깨를 나란히 하고 있는 미국 해병대도 제1차 세계대전이 끝나면서 변화의 시련을 맞이하였으나, 현재와 같은 부대규모와 임무를 법률에 명시하여, 해병대 발전의 기틀을 만들어 놓은 예비역 미 해병들의 적극적인 노력과 연구 활동을 타산지석(他山之石)의 교훈으로 삼고자 합니다. 우리 군의 육군, 해군, 공군은 예비역이 주축이 되어 장차 군의 전략을 연구할 수 있는 민간 연구기관이 운영되고 있으며, 자군(自軍)의 발전을 위하여 활발한 활동을 하고 있는 실정입니다.

우리 해병대는 만시지탄(晩時之歎)의 감은 있으나, 이번에 처음으로 해병대 미래 전략 발전에 기여할 수 있는 Think-Tank(두뇌집단)로서의 기능을 수행할 민간 연구기관이 절실히 필요하다는 데에 뜻을 같이한 소수의 예비역 해병출신 박사들이 모여 "해병대전략연구소"를 설립하게 되었습니다.

우리 "해병대전략연구소"는 해병대의 미래전략 발전의 요람으로 성장하기 위한 꿈과 비전을 가지고 있습니다. 이러한 꿈을 현실화하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 할 것이지만, 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 여러분들의 아낌없는 격려와 성원으로 함께 참여하는 것입니다.

따라서 우리 "해병대전략연구소"가 우선적으로 착수하여야 할 연구과제는 바로 "주한미군의 재배치와 해병대의 역할"입니다. 주한미군의 재배치에도 불구하고 굳건한 한·미 동맹을 유지하면서 한반도의 안보를 변함없이 보장하겠다는 개념은 전력의 현대화와 함께, 유사시 한반도 주변 해역에 배치되어 있는 미 해군과 해병대의 증원 전력을 보장한다는 전제를 고려할 수 있습니다. 따라서 한반도 유사시 북태평양 주변 해역에 사전 배치되어 있는 미 해병대 세력과 한·미 해병 연합전력을 형성하여 국가방위에 즉각 투입 될 수 있는 한국 해병대를 준비하고 발전시키는 문제는 가장 시급한 연구과제가 될 것입니다.

또한 장기적 연구과제로는 통일 논의과정에도 국가이익을 가장 잘 구현할 수 있는 억제전력으로서, 또 신속 기동 투사전력으로서 해병대의 역할과 운용에 대한 미래 전략을 연구 발전시킬 계획입니다. 특히 통일이후 논의 될 수 있는 군비통제와 군구조 개편 논의에서 한국 해병대는 현재에도 대북한 위협요소로서 동서해안에 병력 분산 배치를 강요하고 있는 것과 같이, 주변국에 대해서도 잠정적 위협 고려요소로서의 상당한 세력을 유지해야 하는 당위성을 바탕으로 미래 전략을 발전시킬 계획입니다.

따라서 이러한 연구과제는 중·장기 계획으로 현역부대와 협조하며 지속적으로 추진하여 나갈 것이며, 우리 연구소가 장차 제대로 된 규모를 갖추어 상당한 업적을 쌓아감으로써, 후배들이 미래에 대한 꿈을 가지고 전역 후에 계속 참여할 수 있도록 우리 초창기 요원들은 자원 봉사적 차원에서 튼튼한 기초를 다져서 후배들에게 물려줄 사명감을 가지고 일하고 있습니다.

This app guides the user through solving basic physics problems. Not only does it provide numerical answers, but it also provides a step by step explanation, complete with illustrations.

This app provides different options to the user, including choosing what values of physical constants they want to use, and what pieces of information are given in the problem.

This is my first app that I have published, and I have attempted to design it so it is extremely hard to crash (because what's more annoying than a force close screen?) and so that the answers are correct. Because it is a work in progress, feel free to point out bugs/suggestions in an email (musicslayer@gmail.com).

This app has been tested on the original Motorola Droid with
version 2.2.2.

2. 시간설정버튼
제시된 표준학습시간에 맞춰 A, B, C, D 버튼을 클릭하여 시간을 설정합니다.
교재에 맞춰 버튼만 클릭하면 표준학습시간이 설정됩니다.

3. 학습소요시간
