C3Dict is an offline Chinese dictionary with Simplified, Traditional, Pinyin and English lookup. Characters are colour coded based on tones. Searches can be saved in a text file and Chinese audio is available, which is helpful if you are trying to study or learn Mandarin. It is attractive, easy to use and utilizes the new version of CC-CEDICT with over 100,000 entries. C3Dict is can automagically distinguish between Chinese, English and pinyin input and is capable of both Simplified and Traditional searches.
