I tried to create a mail notification application.
WAP PUSH (mail received, etc.) is received and notify you by default notification ringtone.
In addition, the status bar (the notification bar) to not display. Just inform the reception only.
If you select Connect Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi will be connected when receiving.
