Use your phone as a USB Webcam on your PC. Save the cost and waste of a separate USB Webcam.
IMPORTANT: Must use the windows installer at http://www.placaware.com.
Follow the instructions there.
Somewhat of a prototype.
Limited compatibility so far:
Skype (video only)
Yahoo Messenger (webcam)
Yawcam, VirtualDub
