411ReDirect is a simple mobile application that is installed on corporate-liable wireless phones.

When users dial 411 for directory assistance, the call is redirected to a U.S. based Operator who will provide the exact same service the user expects on a standard 411 call, only better, while saving big!

Wireless carriers charge up to $2.49 per 411 call ($1.99 average). Since you cannot stop your users from accessing this service, it is an uncontrolled expense. You also have no service level choices in tailoring 411 service best suited to your users’ business mission. Until now!

"Our mission is to achieve compelling savings without changing the service experience a mobile user expects," said Chet Thaker, CEO of 411 ReDirect, LLC. Spanish-speaking phone users can be designated to receive service only from Spanish-speaking DA operators. Customers can see the 411 calls from their users on 411 ReDirect's website, along with their accumulating savings.
