One hand text input with orientation related text created by a Hand Position + Key = Letter. Vertical QWERTY keypad creates 4 finger typing combined with Tap and Grasp hold.

Basic Instructions:
Wrap fingers around phone in tap and grasp hold.
Home is flat on a table for "J K L ." the right hand home.
Lift for Left side letters in Light blue.
Roll wrist for Right side letters in Red.
White letters indicate the current selections.
Then press desired character.
Enjoy typewinding a message!
