SMS Video is a Live Video-chat application. No account setup necessary. The call is automatically initiated by an exchange of SMS messages.
Works only on Wi-Fi.
It DOES NOT work with all routers (technically impossible).
For 3G and better connectivity you may try the ddPhoneVideo application.
