[2012-07-14] JV: Lacking menu? For troubleshooting purposes, why can't I find an easy way to remove a token even if it hasn't expired yet? |
[2012-06-28] marvin: Yeah It ok |
[2012-06-15] the 6/23/2012 No 3g/4g access On iPhone we can use this on 3g/4g! Fix It! |
[2012-06-14] Michael: Does not support multiple tokens! If you need VPN access to more than one network, too bad for you. If you only need access to one, it works fine. |
[2012-06-08] Nick: Very Convenient Thrilled this exists. I don't have to have my hard token on me at all times anymore! |
[2012-05-23] Ankit: Works Flawlessly on HC/ICS |
[2012-05-18] jasonmarquette: Awesome Works great. This kills the hard token. Sprint EVO |
[2012-05-15] Chandran: Nice App Nice App |
[2012-05-08] Sean: Works with WiFi! Installed on my WiFi tab. Great! I installed the app on my 4g Htc, and it only needed WiFi on for setup. Thanks for the update! |
[2012-05-08] Jim: Works Works great on my Samsung. It requires Wifi on once after I installed the app. Then I turned the Wifi off and it never asked me again. |
[2012-05-08] JC: Upgraded to 1.2, works great Upgraded from 1.1.2, token got upgraded and it works great. Wi-Fi on/off, not a big deal for me. I turned it on to install and then turned it off. Seems to be fine. |
[2012-05-07] Brian Redbeard: New version won't operate without wifi I turn of wifi to save battery. I'm not turning it on just to use a feature which they have (now) broken. Fortunately I had a backup of the apk which I could downgrade to. |
[2012-05-06] Van: No issues Does what it says |
[2012-05-05] Aquillar: DO NOT UPDATE Latest version does not work. Complains my phone is in Airplane mode; it is not. Can no longer log in to my View desktops. Thanks RSA! |
[2012-05-03] N: More flexibility! I have the RSA app on my laptop, but sometimes I need to use another laptop, and having this app on my phone allows me to use other laptops too. Admins say they have to pay for each additional key/id, so RSA must be making a lot of money. |
[2012-05-03] MRC01: Works on WiFi - yay! Finally, it works on WiFi only devices. Imported my cert and it works seamlessly with Cisco AnyConnect. |
[2012-05-02] Nate: No support for Wifi only I have the RSA software on my laptop. It doesn't have a cell antenna so why is that a requirement for the Android version? Silliness. |
[2012-05-02] Scott: Works well enough Figuring out how to get a clickable url was the biggest challenge. Save that file/email for when you have to wipe your crappy droid x 50 times. :) |
[2012-04-27] Scott: No wi-fi? Should rate ZERO stars No point to exclude wi-fi. Useless. |
[2012-04-19] Michael: No wifi Does not work on wifi only devices. No way to import a token file - you have to copy and paste token info. |
[2012-04-19] jpits45: No support for Android Wifi only devices My rating should actually be zero stars. Doesn't work on the Asus Transformer Prime or Galaxy Tab. It works on a WiFi only iPad .... |
[2012-04-07] the 4/18/2012 No Transformer support? Poor show EMC. Very poor show. |
[2012-04-03] jay: What a joke WARNING: Does not support wifi only devices which are frankly more secure devices. 1 Star as it is unusable of the majority of android tablets. |
[2012-04-03] Piyush: Amazingly Accurate...!!! It works perfectly fine & connects to VPN / Citrix recievers as well. |
[2012-03-28] Mark: Wifi only support It is a critical oversight that this app can't work on wifi only devices, makes it useless for many tablet users. |
[2012-03-09] Doc: Version 1.1 broke everything! What a P.O.S.! It takes some effort to come up with an update that breaks functionality for half you devices (Wi-Fi) and makes it near impossible to get working on the rest. 1/5 stars... * I have updated this review to 4/5 as I've learned a large part of my difficulties with this app actually stemmed from our company's IS instructions regarding it's operation. :( |
[2012-02-27] Anonymous: Do not work on ics Fail to identify device on ics on Asus transformer |
[2012-02-22] Adrian: Doesn't work on Transformer TF101 Lack of support for WIFI only devices is dissapointing |
[2012-02-20] Jack03: Great Works in a way how it supposed to be |
[2012-02-18] Jeffrey: Perfect Works exactly like I want out to |
[2012-02-15] Jonathan: Not the most intuitive but works For all the people having issues. Regenerate your tokencode with a password. Worked for me on an ICS ROM for the Rezound. Email the token link to your gmail account and click the link in Gmail. The App itself could use some work. All of the important options are hidden and makes the app difficult for non technical users. |
[2012-02-12] the 2/12/2012 No wifi No support for wifi-only tablets? Really? Total fail. Get this fixed immediately |
[2012-02-04] Hitman Ramu: Took me ages 2 figure out on how to get it working Works well now |
[2012-01-26] blas: Great app Removes need for a token to carry with keys. Very handy. |
[2012-01-25] DmdStar: Works great... a widget would make it better! Token import worked, and codes work perfectly in my secure apps. However, it would be nice if there was a widget available, so you don't have to take up the entire screen space just to have the code available. |
[2012-01-24] SC Yak Angler: REQUIRES Token Converter Version 260. - Fixed FYI – RSA for Android Version 1.1 (Which is the only version currently available) REQUIRES Token Converter Version 260. The token converter that was provided with my original token wouldn’t work. (Version 250) Also, please keep in mind that if anyone upgrades to Version 1.1, they will require a new token, and token converter, per RSA. Thanks for your help! |
[2012-01-20] Jeremy: Doesn't work on wifi only devices FAIL |
[2012-01-18] Nicholas: Great As an "It admin", this works great for my clients |

[2011-12-26] Online-Offline: Stable & Effective |
[2011-12-23] dave: Great App Needs a widget with live numbers |
[2011-12-22] sygyzy: Tips on importing tokens At first I received the same error when I tried importing tokens, as everyone else here. The problem with how I was getting the URL onto my Android device. Here's how I resolved it 1. I requested an Android RSA token from my operations team through a Self-Service website 2. The order was approved and I was sent an automated email with a link. 3. I do NOT have my Android phone hooked up to my company's Exchange server, so I had to get the link to my Android phone. 4. What I decided to do was to copy and paste the link (hyperlinked text) into Evernote, sync it with the phone and click it from the device. I suspect that somehow this corrupts the link, even though I compared them character for character and could discern no difference. 5. This is what works - forward the confirmation email (with link) from Outlook to your gmail account but change the mail format to Rich Text (from HTML) in Outlook. This somehow preserves the link. Then, on your device, click on the link in gmail and choose to open it with RSA SeucrID. Now it should import correctly. |
[2011-12-22] jreed336: Will not work w/ wifi only tablets Works fine with phones and tablets with 3g/4g, and but no support for wifi only tablets. |
[2011-12-21] Louis: Works on galaxy nexus lte It would be neat if there was a widget for this app |
[2011-12-13] Stephane: Works like a charm.... Just read up before... |
[2011-12-10] David: David Nice |
[2011-12-02] Andy: Needs to work on WiFi only devices |
[2011-12-02] Brian: Fix for wifi only Needs to work on WiFi only devices! |
[2011-12-01] Carol: Import Fail I liked my RSA key fob; this app hasn't worked. I cannot get the import to work |
[2011-11-23] Allan M: Token import fail Same token import failure as noted already. Worthless update has left me without access. |
[2011-11-16] Brian Abram: Works, just need widget As with others, a widget to always show the current code would be a nice to have. |
[2011-10-17] the 10/19/2011 Can't Import Token Error importing token. Tried from URL and pasting into the app. Admin says everything looks right on their end. From these posts it looks like the app was broken by an update recently. |
[2011-10-13] dbot: Works how it should. Works how it should. Great to have on my phone. 5 stars when it gets a widget. |
[2011-10-13] TheDave1022: Needs WiFi device support Would like this on my tab. Finally got working on my phone. To import, you need the Token Converter app found on rsa's website. TokenConverter.exe sdtid_file -android. Copy the URL into email, send to your phone. Copy link from email and paste into app. |
[2011-10-11] Hawk600: Doesnt work! Useless as it does not import information from the .sdtid file that was sent to me by IT. Error msg: Invalid Token Data.No way to browse files as well |
[2011-10-10] Scott: another "can't import token" error |
[2011-10-08] sergio: Good but ... When you enter wrong pin it still gives you a code...it made me lost precious time...it should give you a wrong pin message instead |
[2011-10-06] Jeff: Works perfectly! If you follow the exact steps in the admin guide on your RSA server, it works fine. You have to do a few things extra, not just create your SDTID file. Did it several times, success each time. I do wish that if you enter the wrong PIN, it did not take you to the passcode screen (it will fail the passcode but it is misleading). I am free of my hardware token finally! |
[2011-10-03] chris: VZ man Ap. Icon disappeared after 30 days. |
[2011-09-26] Jason: HTC Inspire 4G Works like a charm. Glad to be rid of the hard token. |
[2011-09-24] The Dude: Useful Great app better than carrying a hardtoken. |
[2011-09-22] Adam: Doesn't work! Cant import token after update! |
[2011-09-15] Tony: Won't import token after latest upgrade. It's useless at this point. |
[2011-09-15] MichaelOFAZ: Great App if it Works on Your Phone I had a LG Optimus T and the app worked like a charm! I upgraded to a new HTC Sensation 4G and when I attempt to import the token, I get an error stating that the URL is invalid ...and I know it isn't. |

[2011-09-01] Chukkapalli: FAIL Update != remove existing user data and contacting support. That's called a downgrade. A**wipes. |
[2011-08-31] Angela: Won't Work on Wifi Only Devices??????? REALLY!!!! I can not believe they would make an app that won't work on wifi only devices. This is why so many people are having issues with this updated app. Please fix this ASAP. It is causing so many issues. Don't you realize there are a ton of wifi only devices out there like the Samsung Galaxy Tab, Xoom, etc. |
[2011-08-29] Oz: Unable to Import Tokens After the recent update, I'm unable to import tokens into the RSA App. Even for tokens which were working in the earlier version, this version gives the following error: Token import failed. Invalid token data. Contact your administrator. |
[2011-08-23] Mona: Great app |
[2011-08-16] Boxcar: Meh Would rate better if the interface looked nicer and if there was a widget... widget would get you 5 stars. HTC thunderbolt |
[2011-08-15] Randy: Randy Works great on DROID Pro |

[2011-07-26] Dave: Five stars when tablet support is added... |
[2011-07-12] Matt: Yay!! It works great on my DX. Glad to have it finally!! :D Don't know why everyone's complaining about their wifi tablets...the description says the app doesn't support them. |
[2011-07-07] Doug: Works great. No longer need a fob or soft token. |
[2011-07-05] Wilson: Error when run on Xoom WiFi Not working on Motorola XOOM. App starts with error: "RSA SecurID cannot retrieve device information. Please verify your network connection and restart your device." |
[2011-06-28] PAVAN: Awesome priceless replacement for the painful irritating and expensive hardware fob. An ideal all in one solution. On SGS. |
[2011-06-26] AD3: Awesome app, does exactly what it's suppose to do. Now I don't have to worry about carry around the hardware token. |
[2011-06-24] Pat: Full of fail Can't import a token from a file, have to paste it in - which is a huge pain on my LG Revolution. Also, for some reason it doesn't want to work on my Xoom (WiFi-only) and doesn't give a nice message about it either. Hopefully things will be better in the next release. |
[2011-06-22] Rob: Error when run on Xoom WiFi App always starts with this error: "RSA SecurID cannot retrieve device information. Please verify your network connection and restart your device." (Restarting does not help, as I get the same error.) I expected a message that no token is installed. Possibly, the app does not work on the Xoom WiFi-only model, or the conflict is with my dual-Google-accounts setup (personal and work; tried installing from each, but still fails). |
[2011-06-13] Terry: Works great. I have had no problems. It does what it says and is much better than carrying around something else on your keychain! |
[2011-05-26] Mark: X10 works |
