Reading text messages while driving is not only against the law, but it is also dangerous. With Read My Text Messages for Android, you can drive safely while having your text messages read out loud to you. You also have an option to set an auto-reply that sends out a custom text message to all incoming texts. To set the speech speed rate, just make the adjustments on your text-to-speech settings on your phone. This is a text to speech reader that you must have!
