Using this app, you can select an English phrase and view its translation and how to pronounce it in the foreign language.
This app was developed as an entry to the CIO/G6 "Apps for the Army" competition, and is based on the modules publicly available online from the U.S. Defense Language Institute.

[2011-10-28] A Google User: Highly recommend these Theis apps These don't need any particular permissions, no ads. But mainly what is great is the teaching method - first read as normal speed, then a second time slower and more distinct. Shows both Polish spelling and phonetic to help you get the words right. Clear recordings. Travellers will actually find the general, medical and civil app worthwhile. Get them!!! |
