Every note can be viewed and edited by other Android phones, or, on the web.

EXAMPLE: Make a note called "steves apartment" that has your apartment number and gate code. Even if your friends don't have Android phones (lame!) you can give them the web address :)

Worst idea ever. Anyone can edit? How retarded is that? Doesn't work anyway; if you save a note it just erases it. Completely useless.
