Submissions are routed directly to the responsible department(s). Citizens can check the status of their submission and review the photo and location if this information has been provided.

Sent in a report about a few pot holes at the top of my street, within a good amount of time they had them filled in, ALL LINCOLNITES NEED THIS APP!!!

It wouldnt let me see the status of my complaint, but i saw the problem being fixed less than 48 hours later, so it still worked. :-)

This is great! I was able to take a photo of this annoying pothole and send it in. They got my photo and also got the GPS info too.
