This app automatically adds dialing prefix to outgoing phone calls. You can then store all your phone numbers in international "+country-area-number" form, and IntlPrefix will automatically replace "+country" by the user-defined prefixes for domestic and international calls.
Note to HTC phone users: Some buggy HTC phones require a special method for intercepting outgoing phone calls. If IntlPrefix does not work on your HTC phone, kindly send me the values of os.build.PRODUCT and os.build.VERSION.SDK_INT displayed by pressing the Menu button on the preferences screen and tapping 'About'. This will allow me to solve the issue.
