[2012-08-15] A Google User: Customer service can be very wanting Good product concept. But customer service (i only tried to contact them over SMS) is really not responsive to inquiries. It took me a week to figure out real charges on SMS myself * 50 chinese chars per message, or 50 (not 100 or 144) latin alphabets per message including spaces. * if you are used to texting in the US and if you manage to type 140 letters a message can cost you $0.1 because it is counted as 3 messages per their current definition, at their cheapest package. They currently sell 600 message count for $20. * current android app interface doesn't give you count of remaining space. Very easy to overrun the char count. That all said, it's a cool idea that can be very helpful to users. There are other aspects of interface that can be improved though I can live with these defects now. But I'm really frustrated with that the customer service (SMS) either doesn't respond or gives wrong info. Hope they will improve over time. |
