HTTP Proxy Settings в Android Market

HTTP Proxy Settings (v. 1.0)

While most of the third party ROMs have a Proxy Settings button that works for WIFI as well as 3G, the stock roms do not. Yet the screen is present in all stock ROMs.
This application just brings up that screen.
This APP should be unnecessary on Cyanogen: the Proxy Settings entry is already on the Wireless screen.

Messed up my browser I see that many ppl had to reset their phones to undo the proxy setting. Just make sure that you press the save button after clicking on restore.

does the job I had installed anycut for the proxy settings shortcut.It worked for the first time and I entered the proxy. But then the market stopped working.It said no connection. On asus transformer proxy settings isnt listed in the settings menu. So this app did the job and I cleared the proxy settings.Dont forget to push the close,end or "bitti" after clearing.

Works well with Orbot (tor for android). Make sure you clear the proxy settings you set with this before you uninstall it.

Does not work on Dell Streak with Froyo 2.2.2 It may have worked with the Dell Streak before, but it didn't on mine which has the newer Android Froyo 2.2.2. Meaning, it installed fine, configured (for our proxy at work here), but did not work for any of the apps including browsers.
