FreeTethering в Android Market

FreeTethering (v. 1.1.0)

FreeTethering turns your Android phone into a USB Internet access point for PC (both Windows 32-bit and Windows 64-bit).
Does not require root access.
**Don't forget to open usb debugging of your phone, menu-->Applications-->Development-->USB debugging
**NOTE: Please hit "menu" to get help first before using the app

Don't know why people say it is difficult to setup. WORKS FANTASTIC DROID X FROYO. Only issuse make sure you set path in client correct.
